Abstract
Objective To analyze the specific impact of psychological care on the psychological status of emergency hand injury surgery patients. Method: 97 patients with emergency hand injury surgery admitted to our hospital from September 2021 to September 2022 were divided into groups based on the nursing methods adopted. 49 patients who received routine care were included in the control group, and 48 patients who received routine care and were included in psychological care were included in the observation group. The negative emotions of the two groups of patients after nursing were compared, and the final nursing satisfaction of the patients was compared. The results showed that the adverse emotions (anxiety and depression) of the observation group patients were significantly improved after nursing, and the improvement effect was higher than that of the control group. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group patients was higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Psychological care for patients undergoing emergency hand injury surgery can improve their negative emotions, promote the recovery of the injury, enhance nursing satisfaction, and have high clinical application value.
