摘要	探究分析护理干预对高原泌尿系统疾病合并高尿酸血症的影响。方法选取于 2021 年 07 月至 2022 年 12 月，我部收治的高原泌尿系统疾病合并高尿酸血症患者共 102 例，作为本次研究对象。根据患者的入院序列数为基础，采用随机数字分组的方式，将 102 例患者随机分为对照组以及观察组。对照组采用常规护理；观察组采用系统护理。对比两组的尿酸水平以及生活质量。结果观察组优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论对高原泌尿系统疾病合并高尿酸血症患者采用系统护理模式进行干预，能够有效提升患者的生活质量，同时能够显著改善患者的尿酸水平，值得推广与应用。
Abstract	Objective To explore and analyze the effect of nursing intervention on high altitude urinary system diseases with hyperuricemia. Methods A total of 102 patients with high altitude urinary system diseases and hyperuricemia admitted to our department from July 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the subjects of this study. Based on the admission sequence number of patients, 102 patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number grouping method. The control group received routine nursing care; The observation group received systematic care. Compare the uric acid levels and quality of life between the two groups. Result The observation group was superior to the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion Systematic nursing intervention for patients with high altitude urinary system diseases complicated with hyperuricemia can effectively improve the quality of life of patients and significantly improve the level of uric acid, which is worth promoting and applying.
