Objective To analyze the impact of systematic nursing on the psychological status of patients with nephrotic syndrome. Method 76 patients with nephrotic syndrome admitted to our hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group (38 cases, receiving routine care) and an observation group (38 cases, receiving systematic care) using a random number table method. Analyze the nursing outcomes of both groups. Result Both groups of patients achieved certain results after taking effective nursing measures, but the observation group received systematic nursing, and their psychological state score, health knowledge mastery, compliance score, quality of life score, and nursing satisfaction were better than the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Adopting systematic nursing care in the care of patients with nephrotic syndrome can effectively improve their psychological state, promote their mastery of health knowledge, enhance their compliance, and thus improve their quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
