在当下社会快速发展的形势背景下，市场经济竞争更加激烈，而教育教学工作也面临了一定的挑战，需要转变教育教学思想，职业教育需要培养实践应用型人才，以满足社会发展对于职业型人才的需求。因此在工商管理专业教学中，需要培养新型应用型人才,以此作为教学任务以及教学目标，健全并完善人才培养模式。本文就工商管理专业新型应用型人才培养模式的具体策略进行分析和探讨，以供相关人员参考。
