出院准备护理服务对 2 型糖尿病患者出院后血糖控制的影响

摘要	评价 2 型糖尿病患者出院后采用护理服务对血糖控制的影响。方法从我院 2021 年 12 月-2022 年 12 月期间选取 66 例 2 型糖尿病患者作为研究分析对象，随机分配成观察组和对照组（各 33 例）。观察组运用出院准备护理服务模式，对照组运用常规护理模式，观察两组效果。结果观察组患者空腹血糖（FPG）、餐后 2h 血糖（2hPBG）以及糖化血红蛋白（HBAlc）均低于对照组，P<0.05。结论与常规护理对比，出院准备护理服务模式对 2 型糖尿病患者有着重要的作用，有效改善血糖指标，纠正饮食习惯，值得临床推广。
Abstract	Objective To evaluate the effect of nursing services on blood glucose control in patients with type 2 diabetes after discharge. Methods Sixty-six patients with type 2 diabetes were selected from our hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 as research analysis objects, and randomly assigned to the observation group and the control group (33 cases each). The observation group was treated with discharge preparation nursing service mode, while the control group was treated with routine nursing mode. The effects of the two groups were observed. Results Fasting blood glucose (FPG), 2h postprandial blood glucose (2hPBG) and glycosylated hemoglobin (HBAlc) in observation group were lower than those in control group, P<0.05. Conclusion Compared with conventional nursing, the nursing service mode of discharge preparation plays an important role in patients with type 2 diabetes, effectively improving blood glucose index and correcting dietary habits, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
