摘要
探讨儿科护理教学中案例教学法的应用效果。方法 2022 年 4 月-2023 年 4 月,在我院儿科实 习护生中选取 62 例,以教学不同手段分组,对照组 31 例行带教传统模式,观察组 31 例行案例教学法,组间应 用价值探究。结果 观察组临床操作成绩、理论知识成绩均较对照组高,批判性思维能力较对照组优,带教满意 度较对照组佳(P<0.05)。结论 儿科护理教学中应用案例教学法作用较为积极,可使护生综合成绩全面提升, 亦可提高其操作能力、批判性思维能力,提升教学满意度,可借鉴。
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of case teaching method in pediatric nursing teaching. Methods From April 2022 to April 2023, 62 pediatric nursing practice students in our hospital were selected and divided into different teaching methods. The control group was 31 cases of traditional teaching mode, the observation group was 31 cases of teaching method, and the inter-group application value was explored. Results The results of clinical operation and theoretical knowledge in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the ability of critical thinking was better than that in the control group, and the satisfaction of teaching was better than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of case teaching method in pediatric nursing teaching has a positive effect, which can improve the comprehensive scores of nursing students, improve their operational ability, critical thinking ability, and enhance teaching satisfaction.
