神经外科术后疼痛管理中应用综合性疼痛护理的效果及对生活质量的影响

摘要	分析综合性疼痛护理用于神经外科术后疼痛管理的价值。方法 2021 年 1 月-2022 年 12 月本院神经外科接诊手术病人 80 名，随机均分 2 组。试验组采取综合性护理护理，对照组行常规护理。结果关于 VAS 和 sf-36 评分，干预结束时：试验组数据优于对照组（P＜0.05）。关于满意度：试验组数据 97.5%，和对照组数据 82.5%相比更高（P＜0.05）。关于护理质量；试验组比对照组高（P＜0.05）。结论神经外科术后疼痛管理用综合性疼痛护理，效果显著。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the value of comprehensive pain nursing for postoperative pain management in neurosurgery. Methods A total of 80 patients admitted to neurosurgery department of our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into 2 groups. The experimental group received comprehensive nursing and the control group received routine nursing. Results VAS and sf-36 scores were higher in experimental group than in control group at the end of intervention （P < 0.05）. About satisfaction: the experimental group data was 97.5%, higher than the control group data 82.5% （P < 0.05）. About the quality of care; The test group was higher than the control group （P < 0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive pain nursing is effective in pain management after neurosurgery.
