| 摘要 |
当前，我国社会经济的高速发展，为众多企业提供了一定的发展机遇，但是，经济市场的发展变化，也使得企业发展面临较大的压力。相关企业若想提高自身的竞争力，增强自身的实力，则要加强对企业管理的重视，并且要高度关注企业文化建设工作，充分认识到企业文化建设的重要作用，并结合实际情况，采用合适的措施，开展有效的文化建设工作，为企业职工营造良好的工作环境，借此提高企业职工工作的积极性。

| Abstract |
At present, the rapid development of my countrys social economy has provided many enterprises with certain development opportunities. However, the development and changes of the economic market also put greater pressure on the development of enterprises. If relevant companies want to improve their own competitiveness and strengthen their own strength, they must pay more attention to corporate management, pay close attention to corporate culture construction, fully recognize the important role of corporate culture construction, and adopt appropriate measures based on actual conditions. Measures to carry out effective cultural construction work and create a good working environment for enterprise employees, thereby enhancing the enthusiasm of enterprise employees.
