摘要	探讨并分析清开灵注射液眼部雾化治疗早期麦粒肿的临床应用效果。方法选取我院 2019 年 5 月到 2020 年 6 月期间的 88 例麦粒肿患者为本次研究对象。并采取随机数字表法对其进行组别划分，分为对照组和研究组，每组分别 44 例患者，对照组麦粒肿患者采取常规治疗，研究组患者在此前提下采用清开灵注射液眼部雾化治疗。结果研究组麦粒肿患者的临床治疗有效性优于对照组；研究组患者的肿块直径小于对照组，疼痛程度低于对照组，组间存在差异。结论在治疗早期麦粒肿时，选择清开灵注射液进行眼部雾化治疗，其临床治疗效果较为显著，能够有效促进患者康复，值得在临床工作中进一步推广应用。
Abstract	Objective To explore and analyze the clinical application effect of Qingkailing injection in ocular nebulization treatment of early wheat swelling.Method 88 patients with wheat swelling from May 2019 to June 2020 in our hospital were selected as the study subjects. And the group was divided into a control group and a study group using a random number table method, with 44 patients in each group. The control group received routine treatment for wheat swelling patients, while the study group received eye spray treatment with Qingkailing injection on this premise. Result The clinical treatment effectiveness of the study group was better than that of the control group for wheat swelling patients; The diameter of the tumor in the study group was smaller than that in the control group, and the degree of pain was lower than that in the control group. There were differences between the groups.Conclusion Choosing Qingkailing injection for ocular nebulization treatment in the treatment of early wheatgrain swelling has a significant clinical therapeutic effect and can effectively promote patient recovery, which is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical work.
