Objective To analyze the value of implementing high-quality nursing services in the respiratory and digestive department, and provide reference for the clinical nursing work in the respiratory and digestive department. Method 186 patients admitted to the Respiratory and Digestive Department of our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into a control group (2021.1-2021.6) and a study group (2021.6-2022.1) based on the duration of high-quality care. Each group had 93 patients. The control group received routine care, while the study group received high-quality care. The nursing quality scores, psychological state after care, and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared. Result The scores of basic nursing, specialized nursing, nursing standards, and nurse patient relationship in the study group were higher than those in the control group, while the scores of the Self Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self Rating Depression Scale (SDS) were lower than those in the control group. Nursing satisfaction was better than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Implementing high-quality nursing services in the respiratory and digestive department helps to improve nursing quality, stabilize patient emotions, enhance patient treatment cooperation, and enhance nursing satisfaction, which has promotion and application value.
