摘要	分析康复护理在脑梗偏瘫患者的效果。方法 56 例脑梗偏瘫患者取自 2021 年 2 月-2022 年 2 月期间，按照随机数字表法分为参考组及实验组，其中参考组行常规护理，实验组行康复护理，每组各 28 例。比较两组护理效果。结果 NDS 评分、Barthel 评分比较，护理后实验组 NDS 评分显低（P＜0.05），Barthel 评分显高（P＜0.05）。护理有效率比较，实验组显高（P＜0.05）。护理满意度比较，实验组显高（P＜0.05）。结论康复护理在脑梗偏瘫患者中可起到显著的效果，能够改善患者的神经功能，提升其日常生活能力，促进患者康复，提高其满意度。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the effectiveness of rehabilitation nursing in patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia. Method 56 patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia were selected from February 2021 to February 2022 and divided into a reference group and an experimental group using a random number table method. The reference group received routine care, while the experimental group received rehabilitation care, with 28 patients in each group. Compare the nursing effects between the two groups. Result Compared with the Barthel score, the NDS score of the experimental group was significantly lower after nursing (P<0.05), while the Barthel score was significantly higher (P<0.05). The nursing effectiveness was significantly higher in the experimental group (P<0.05). Compared with the experimental group, nursing satisfaction was significantly higher (P<0.05). Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing can play a significant role in patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia, improving their neurological function, enhancing their daily living ability, promoting patient recovery, and increasing their satisfaction.
