心理护理联合健康教育对老年眼科手术患者的影响研究

摘要	探讨心理护理联合健康教育对老年眼科手术患者的影响。方法将我院2021年1月-2022年12月80例老年眼科手术患者，抽签法分二组。对照组给予常规护理，实验组实施心理护理联合健康教育。比较两组护理前后焦虑SAS评分和抑郁SDS评分、护理满意度、疾病认知度、手术认知度、术后并发症率。结果实验组焦虑SAS评分和抑郁SDS评分低于对照组，护理满意度高于对照组，疾病认知度、手术认知度高于对照组，术后并发症率低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论老年眼科手术患者实施心理护理联合健康教育效果确切，可有效减轻患者不良情绪，提高疾病和手术认知水平，减少并发症，提高患者的满意度，值得推广。
Abstract	Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing combined with health education on elderly patients undergoing eye surgery. Methods 80 elderly patients with eye surgery in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were divided into two groups by drawing lots. The control group was given routine nursing, while the experimental group was given psychological nursing combined health education. The SAS scores of anxiety and SDS scores of depression, nursing satisfaction, disease awareness, surgical awareness and postoperative complication rate were compared between the two groups before and after care. Results The SAS score of anxiety and SDS score of depression in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group, the disease awareness and surgical awareness were higher than that in the control group, and the postoperative complication rate was lower than that in the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion The effect of psychological nursing combined with health education in elderly ophthalmic surgery patients is accurate, which can effectively reduce patients bad emotions, improve the level of disease and surgery cognition, reduce complications and improve patients satisfaction. Its worth promoting.
