摘要	分析中医护理与中药熏洗治疗冠心病心绞痛患者的价值。方法选取2021年1月~2022年5月我院收治的冠心病心绞痛患者，随机分为两组，对照组45例应用常规护理，观察组45例应用中医护理与中药熏洗治疗。观察并对比两组患者治疗前后心绞痛情况及护理效果。结果治疗后观察组心绞痛情况、临床指标及心理状态均优于对照组，临床效果及生活质量高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论对冠心病心绞痛患者应用中医护理联合中药熏洗治疗，有助于改善患者心绞痛发作情况及心理状态，有效缩短卧床时间、住院时间，显著提升其临床疗效及生活质量，具有较高的临床应用价值。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the value of traditional Chinese medicine nursing and traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing in treating patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris. Methods Patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to May 2022 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group consisted of 45 cases who received routine nursing care, while the observation group consisted of 45 cases who received traditional Chinese medicine nursing and fumigation therapy. Observe and compare the condition and nursing effect of angina pectoris before and after treatment between two groups of patients. Results After treatment, the observation group had better angina pectoris, clinical indicators, and psychological status than the control group, and the clinical efficacy and quality of life were higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing treatment to patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris can help improve their angina attack and psychological state, effectively shorten their bed rest time and hospitalization time, significantly improve their clinical efficacy and quality of life, and have high clinical application value.
