摘要
科教融合是研究生教育改革的一个重要方向。《基因工程实验设计》是广西师范大学生命科学学院为生物学专业研究生开设的一门重要专业课,旨在培养学生进行完整的基因工程实验设计的能力。本课程的科教融合元素非常丰富,是开展科教融合的优秀载体。在分析了本课程的教学现状的基础上,以任课教师的硕士论文和博士论文为基础进行科教融合改革。教改结果表明本课程的科教融合改革可以提高学生学习的积极性,实现专业课的智育功能。本次教改可为生物学专业其它课程的科教融合改革提供参考。
Abstract
“Fusion of science and education” is an important direction of postgraduate education reform. Experimental Design of Genetic Engineering is an important professional course provided by College of Life Sciences in Guangxi Normal University for biology postgraduates, which aims to cultivate students ability to carry out complete experimental design of genetic engineering. The “Fusion of science and education” elements of this course are very rich, and it is an excellent carrier for carrying out “Fusion of science and education” in the course. Based on the analysis of the current situation of curriculum teaching, we carried out teaching reform from the aspect of “Fusion of science and education” based on the teachers masters thesis and doctoral thesis. Practice has proved that the “Fusion of science and education” reform of this course can improve students learning enthusiasm and realize the intellectual education function of specialized courses. This teaching reform can provide reference for the “Fusion of science and education” reform of other courses of biology.
