食道静脉曲张组织胶注射止血术的护理配合及效果观察

摘要	探究护理配合在组织胶注射止血术治疗食道静脉曲张患者中的效用。方法将采用组织胶注射止血术治疗的42例食道静脉曲张患者基于随机试验对照手段分为对照组、研究组，对照组21例实施常规护理，研究组21例实施心理调适、健康教育、出院指导等多方面的护理配合。比较两组止血成功率、再次出血率、护理满意度，以及术前、术后6个月的曲张静脉直径变化。结果研究组止血成功率、护理满意度更高，再次出血率更低，且术后6个月的曲张静脉直径更小，与对照组差异P<0.05。结论对食道静脉曲张患者予以组织胶注射止血术治疗中，开展有效的护理配合更利于提高止血效果和预防再次出血。
Abstract	Objective To explore the effectiveness of nursing care in the treatment of esophageal varices with tissue glue injection hemostasis. Methods 42 patients with esophageal varices treated with tissue glue injection hemostasis were divided into a control group and a study group based on a randomized controlled trial. The control group consisted of 21 patients who received routine nursing care, and the study group consisted of 21 patients who received psychological adjustment, health education, and discharge guidance. The success rate of hemostasis, rebleeding rate, nursing satisfaction, and changes in varicose vein diameter before and 6 months after surgery were compared between the two groups. Results The success rate of hemostasis and nursing satisfaction in the study group were higher, the rate of rebleeding was lower, and the diameter of varicose veins was smaller 6 months after surgery, with a difference of P<0.05 compared to the control group. Conclusion In the treatment of esophageal varices with tissue glue injection for hemostasis, effective nursing cooperation is more conducive to improving hemostasis effect and preventing rebleeding.
