Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention in patients with urinary system pain. Methods 100 patients with urinary stone pain admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were randomly divided into the study group (traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention) and the reference group (routine nursing intervention). The sleep quality of patients in the two groups was evaluated before and after receiving care, and the pain evaluation results were evaluated before and after care. The results of intervention were compared. Results There were no significant differences in sleep quality and pain scores between the two groups before nursing (P > 0.05). The sleep quality and pain degree of the patients were significantly improved after the use of TCM nursing intervention in the study group. The reference group also got some improvement after nursing; Compared with the reference group, the study group had a significant advantage after nursing, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The use of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention in the care of patients with urinary calculi can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients, and has a positive effect on the pain relief of patients, and has a high reference and popularization value.
