Objective To explore the value of continuous quality improvement in clinical nursing teaching of hepatobiliary surgery. Methods From February to December 2020, 66 nursing interns in the Department of hepatobiliary Surgery in our hospital were selected for this study, and the group teaching of nursing students was conducted by digital odd-even method. The 33 nursing students in the control group were mainly taught by routine nursing, and the other 33 nursing students in the observation group were taught by continuous quality improvement. The assessment results and teaching recognition of the nursing students in the two groups were analyzed, and the differences between the two groups were compared. Results Before entering the department, the theoretical knowledge scores of the two groups did not have statistical significance compared with practical operation scores (P> 0.05). After entering the department, the scores of the observation group were better (P <0.05), and through the evaluation of teaching of 2 groups of nursing students, the recognition of the teaching mode was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion For the clinical nursing teaching of hepatobiliary surgery, the teaching through continuous quality improvement can improve the recognition and learning effect of nursing students, and promote the improvement of their academic performance, which is worthy of promoting.
