行为决策护理模式在急腹症急诊患者中的应用

摘要	探讨行为决策护理模式在急腹症急诊患者中的应用。方法选取我院26例急腹症急诊患者分为两组，常规组13例常规护理，探究组13例常规护理的基础上实施行为决策护理模式，对比不同护理效果。结果经过护理后，探究组治疗效果高于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），探究组患者依从率高于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），探究组护理满意度高于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论通过行为决策护理模式在急腹症急诊患者中的应用进行分析，不仅可以提高患者的治疗效果，还可以提高护理满意度和治疗依从率，在临床上值得广泛应用。
Abstract	Objective To explore the application of behavioral decision-making nursing model in emergency patients with acute abdomen. Methods 26 emergency patients with acute abdomen in our hospital were divided into two groups. The conventional group had 13 cases of routine nursing, and the exploration group had 13 cases of routine nursing on the basis of routine nursing, and the different nursing effects were compared. Results After nursing, the treatment effect of the exploration group was higher than that of the conventional group, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). The compliance rate of the exploration group was higher than that of the conventional group, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the exploration group was higher than that of the conventional group, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Analyzing the application of behavioral decision-making nursing model in emergency patients with acute abdomen can not only improve the treatment effect of patients, but also improve nursing satisfaction and treatment compliance, which is worthy of wide application in clinical practice.
