Objective To analyze and explore the impact of high-quality nursing on the intraocular pressure control rate in patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma. Method 98 patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to May 2023 were selected. They were divided into a control group and an observation group, with 49 patients in each group according to different treatment methods. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received high-quality care. The intraocular pressure control rate of the two groups of patients was compared, and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients was also compared. Result The compliance rate of intraocular pressure control in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group, and the satisfaction was also significantly higher than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant, P<0.05. Conclusion High quality nursing has a significant effect, can reduce intraocular pressure levels, promote the recovery of patients visual function, and is conducive to nursing dependency. The positive significance is significant and can be promoted.
