摘要	探究手指点穴加雷火灸对脑出血患者康复护理的效果。方法选取我院2021年1月至2022年1月期间收治的脑出血患者64例作为研究对象，随机分组为对照组（32例，采用常规护理干预）和观察组（32例，采用手指点穴联合雷火灸护理干预），对比两组神经功能缺损情况、日常生活能力及护理效果。结果两组护理均有效，观察组神经功能缺损情况明显优于对照组，观察组日常生活能力小组高于对照组，此外，观察组的护理效果明显高于对照组。结论手指点穴加雷火灸应用于脑出血患者康复护理中效果显著，可以增强护理效果，有效改善患者的神经功能缺损情况，提升患者日常生活能力，进而改善患者的生活质量，具有较好的临床应用价值。
Abstract	Objective To explore the effect of finger acupuncture and thunder-fire moxibustion on rehabilitation nursing of patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 64 patients with cerebral hem acupuncture orrhage admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the study objects, and randomly divided into control group (32 cases, with routine nursing intervention) and observation group (32 cases, with finger acupuncture combined with thunder-fire moxibustion nursing intervention). The neurological impairment, daily living ability and nursing effect of the two groups were compared. Results Both groups of nursing were effective, the observation group was significantly better than the control group. The neurological function defect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group and the daily living ability of observation group was higher than that of control group. In addition, the observation groups nursing effect was significantly higher than the control group. Conclusion Finger acupuncture plus thunder-fire moxibustion has significant effect in rehabilitation nursing of patients with cerebral hemorrhage, which can enhance the nursing effect, effectively improve the neurological defect of patients, enhance the daily life ability of patients, and then improve the quality of life of patients, and has better clinical application value.
