摘要	探研阶梯式护理模式对肺癌化疗患者的影响。方法选取2022年1月-2022年12月期间我院收治的肺癌化疗患者60例作为研究目标，按奇偶分组法分为常规组30例和研究组30例。常规组采用基础护理模式，研究组采用阶梯式护理模式，对比两组护理前后患者心理状态评分、生活质量评分、心理弹性量表评分。结果护理干预前，两组患者心理状态评分、生活质量评分、心理弹性量表评分对比（P＞0.05），差异无统计学意义。护理干预后，研究组心理状态评分低于常规组、生活质量高于常规组、心理弹性量表评分高于常规组（P＜0.05），差异存在统计学意义。结论阶梯式护理模式可以提高肺癌化疗患者的生活质量，提高心理弹性，改善患者心理状态。
Abstract	Objective To investigate the effect of stepped nursing mode on patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy. Methods 60 patients with lung cancer treated with chemotherapy in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study targets, and were divided into the conventional group (30 cases) and the study group (30 cases) according to odd-even grouping method. The conventional group adopted the basic nursing mode, and the research group adopted the stepped nursing mode. The psychological state score, quality of life score and mental resilience scale score were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results Before nursing intervention, the scores of mental state, quality of life and mental resilience scale were compared between the two groups (P > 0.05), with no statistical significance. After nursing intervention, the psychological status score of the study group was lower than that of the conventional group, the quality of life was higher than that of the conventional group, and the psychological resilience scale score was higher than that of the conventional group (P < 0.05), and the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion The stepped nursing mode can improve the quality of life, mental resilience and mental state of patients with lung cancer.
