护理专案实施对血液透析导管相关性感染发生率的影响

摘要	探讨护理专案实施对血液透析导管相关性感染发生率的影响。方法将我院2021年1月-2022年12月80例血液透析患者，抽签法分二组。对照组给予常规护理，实验组实施护理专案护理。比较两组护理前后焦虑SAS评分和抑郁SDS评分、护理满意度、血液透析导管相关性感染率。结果实验组焦虑SAS评分和抑郁SDS评分低于对照组，护理满意度高于对照组，血液透析导管相关性感染率低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论血液透析患者实施护理专案护理效果确切，可有效减轻患者不良情绪，减少血液透析导管相关性感染率，提高患者满意度。
Abstract	Objective To explore the effect of nursing project implementation on the incidence of catheter-related infection in hemodialysis. Methods 80 hemodialysis patients in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were divided into two groups by drawing lots. The control group was given routine nursing, and the experimental group was given special nursing. The SAS score of anxiety and SDS score of depression, nursing satisfaction and the rate of catheter-related infection in hemodialysis were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results The SAS score of anxiety and SDS score of depression in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group, and the infection rate associated with hemodialysis catheter was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of special nursing program for hemodialysis patients has a definite effect, which can effectively reduce the negative emotions of patients, reduce the incidence of catheter related infection in hemodialysis, and improve the satisfaction of patients.
