护士长的质控管理在预防医院感染中的作用分析

摘要	探究护士长的质控管理在预防医院感染中的作用。方法选取我院2021年1月～2022年12月收治的200例住院患者作为研究对象，按照时间顺序随机分组分为对照组（100例，2021年1月～2021年12月）与观察组（100例，2022年1月～2022年12月），对照组采用常规管理方法，观察组采用质控管理方法。比较两组患者医院感染发生率、满意度、护理质量。结果 ①医院感染发生率：观察组VS对照组=4.00%（4/100）VS14.00%（14/100），观察组＜对照组（P＜0.05）；②满意度：观察组VS对照组=89.00%（89/100）VS77.00%（77/100），观察组＞对照组（P＜0.05）；③护理质量：护理文件书写合格率对比，观察组VS对照组=92.00%（92/100）VS78.00%（78/100），观察组＞对照组（P＜0.05）；基础护理质量合格率对比，观察组VS对照组=90.00%（90/100）VS75.00%（75/100），观察组＞对照组（P＜0.05）；护理差错发生率对比，观察组VS对照组=3.00%（3/100）VS12.00%（12/100），观察组＜对照组（P＜0.05）；护理纠纷发生率对比，观察组VS对照组=2.00%（2/100）VS10.00%（10/100），观察组＜对照组（P＜0.05）。结论在预防医院感染护理工作中实施质控管理干预可降低患者医院感染发生率，并提高患者满意度，使护理质量得到提升，值得推广实施。
Abstract	Objective To explore the role of head nurses quality control management in preventing hospital infection. Methods 200 inpatients admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into the control group (100 cases, January 2021 to December 2021) and the observation group (100 cases, January 2022 to December 2022) according to the time sequence. The control group adopted the routine management method, and the observation group adopted the quality control management method. The hospital infection rate, satisfaction and nursing quality of the two groups were compared. Results ① Incidence rate of hospital infection: observation group vs control group=4.00% (4/100) vs 14.00% (14/100), observation groupcontrol group (P<0.05); ③ Nursing quality: comparing the qualified rate of nursing document writing, the observation group vs the control group=92.00% (92/100) vs 78.00% (78/100), the observation group>the control group (P<0.05); According to the comparison of qualified rate of basic nursing quality, the observation group vs the control group=90.00% (90/100) vs 75.00% (75/100), and the observation group>the control group (P<0.05); Compared the incidence of nursing errors, the observation group vs the control group=3.00% (3/100) vs 12.00% (12/100), and the observation group
