摘要	本研究旨在评估针对性护理在 CT 增强及冠脉三维造影扫描中预防碘过敏反应的价值。方法研究对象共招募 70 名对照组和 70 名针对性护理组。观察指标包括碘过敏反应的发生率和严重程度，一般临床表现以及不良事件的发生情况。采用统计学方法对数据进行分析。结果针对性护理组在碘过敏反应发生率和严重程度方面、一般临床表现方面以及不良事件的发生率均显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论针对性护理在 CT 增强及冠脉三维造影扫描中预防碘过敏反应具有重要价值。通过过敏筛查、个性化药物预防方案和减少碘造影剂使用量等措施，可以降低碘过敏反应的发生率和严重程度。
Abstract	Objective This study aims to evaluate the value of targeted care in preventing iodine allergic reactions in CT enhanced and three-dimensional coronary angiography scans. Method A total of 70 control group and 70 targeted nursing group were recruited as the research subjects. Observation indicators include the incidence and severity of iodine allergy reactions, general clinical manifestations, and the occurrence of adverse events. Analyze the data using statistical methods. Result The incidence and severity of iodine allergy reactions, general clinical manifestations, and incidence of adverse events in the targeted nursing group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Targeted nursing has important value in preventing iodine allergic reactions in CT enhanced and coronary three-dimensional angiography scans. Through measures such as allergy screening, personalized drug prevention plans, and reducing the use of iodine contrast agents, the incidence and severity of iodine allergy reactions can be reduced.
