三合一心理护理在支气管哮喘患儿中的临床应用效果观察

摘要	探究三合一心理护理在支气管哮喘患儿中的临床应用效果。方法采取随机抽样的方法选取 2021 年 5 月至 2022 年 4 月我院收治的支气管哮喘患儿 50 例作为研究对象，等分为对照组（n=25）和实验组（n=25）两组，对照组给予常规护理干预，而实验组采用三合一心理护理干预，比较两组患儿护理质量及肺功能指标。结果两组护理后肺功能指标较护理前均有显著改善（P＜0.05），与对照组进行比较，实验组更高（P＜0.05）。实验组患儿护理质量优于对照组患儿，（p＜0.05）。护理后 VAS、PSQI 评分均优于护理前，且实验组患儿 VAS、 PSQI 评分均低于对照组，（P＜0.05）。结论三合一心理护理作用在支气管哮喘患儿护理的过程中能够提高患儿的护理质量，改善患儿肺功能，帮助患儿尽早康复，该方法值得推广。
Abstract	Objective To explore the clinical application effect of three-in-one psychological nursing in children with bronchial asthma. Method A random sampling method was used to select 50 children with bronchial asthma admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to April 2022 as the research subjects. They were divided into two groups: the control group (n=25) and the experimental group (n=25). The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the experimental group received three-in-one psychological nursing intervention. The nursing quality and lung function indicators of the two groups of children were compared. Result After nursing, the lung function indicators of both groups were significantly improved compared to before nursing (P<0.05), and compared with the control group, the experimental group had a higher level (P<0.05). The nursing quality of the experimental group was better than that of the control group (p<0.05). After nursing, the VAS and PSQI scores were better than before nursing, and the VAS and PSQI scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The three-in-one psychological nursing effect can improve the quality of care for children with bronchial asthma, improve their lung function, and help them recover as soon as possible. This method is worth promoting.
