延续护理对老年糖尿病患者护理效果分析

摘要	探究老年糖尿病患者采取延续护理的效果。方法 56 例老年糖尿病患者取自 2020 年 3 月-2021 年 3 月期间，按照护理方法的不同分为参考组及实验组，其中前者行常规护理，实验组行延续护理，每组 28 例。比较两组护理效果。结果治疗依从性比较，实验组显高（P＜0.05）。血糖指标对比，护理后实验组显低（P＜ 0.05）。护理满意度比较，实验组显高（P＜0.05）。生活质量对比，实验组显高（P＜0.05）。结论老年糖尿病患者采取延续护理效果令人满意，能够提升患者的治疗依从性，改善其血糖指标，促进其病情康复，提升其生活质量，为此患者较为满意。
Abstract	Objective To explore the effect of continuous care for elderly patients with diabetes. Methods 56 elderly patients with diabetes were selected from March 2020 to March 2021. According to the different nursing methods, they were divided into reference group and experimental group. The former received routine nursing and the experimental group received continuous nursing, with 28 cases in each group. Compare the nursing effects between the two groups. Result The treatment compliance was significantly higher in the experimental group (P<0.05). The comparison of blood glucose indicators showed a significant decrease in the experimental group after nursing (P<0.05). Compared with the experimental group, nursing satisfaction was significantly higher (P<0.05). Compared with the experimental group, the quality of life was significantly higher (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of continuous nursing care for elderly patients with diabetes is satisfactory, which can improve the treatment compliance of patients, improve their blood sugar indicators, promote their recovery, and improve their quality of life. Therefore, patients are more satisfied.
