Objective To analyze and explore the application value and satisfaction of evidence-based nursing in the nursing of Diabetic retinopathy. Methods 86 patients with Diabetic retinopathy who were admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group with 43 cases each according to the different nursing methods. The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received evidence-based nursing. The number of patients with retinopathy and the rate of retinopathy in the two groups were compared, as well as the nursing satisfaction of the two groups. Result The patients in the observation group were significantly better than the control group in terms of retinopathy and nursing satisfaction, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing in the nursing of Diabetic retinopathy has obvious effect, which can delay the retinopathy while improving the satisfaction of patients, and is beneficial to nursing dependency. It has obvious positive significance and is worth promoting.
