Objective This study aims to explore the impact of sequential enteral nutrition support nursing on the prognosis of patients with severe head injury. Method A total of 100 patients with severe head injury were divided into an experimental group and a control group. Evaluate the incidence of infection, complications, and neurological recovery in both groups. Result The incidence of infection and complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05), indicating that sequential enteral nutrition support nursing can reduce the risk of infection and complications in patients with severe head injury. Conclusion Sequential enteral nutrition support nursing has a positive impact on the prognosis of patients with severe head injury. By reducing the incidence of infection and complications, and promoting the recovery of neurological function, this nursing method is expected to improve the rehabilitation and prognosis of patients.
