Objective To analyze the effectiveness of comprehensive psychological intervention in the care of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients. Method: 94 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were selected from February 2021 to February 2022 and divided into two groups using a random number table method. The reference group received routine nursing care, while the experimental group received comprehensive psychological intervention, with 47 patients in each group. Compare the nursing effects between the two groups. Result: Compared with anxiety and depression scores, the experimental group showed significantly lower scores after nursing (P<0.05). The comparison of medical compliance behavior showed a significant increase in the experimental group (P<0.05). Compared with the experimental group, the daily living ability was significantly higher (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse events was significantly lower in the experimental group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Comprehensive psychological intervention can achieve significant results in the care of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage patients, alleviate their negative emotions, enhance their compliance behavior, improve their daily living ability, and reduce the occurrence of adverse events.
