摘要	应用人性化护理对核素碘 131 治疗分化型甲状腺癌（DTC）患者的临床效果予以分析。方法将 2022 年 9 月-2023 年 2 月收入本院中的 266 例分化型甲状腺癌患者为对象，对照组为常规护理，观察组为人性化护理，对比成果。结果观察组患者的生活质量 QOL 量表评分优于对照组，具有统计学意义。在症状自评 SCL-90 量表上，观察组优于对照组，差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论针对分化型甲状腺癌患者实施人性化护理有助于提高生活质量，具备一定推广价值。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the clinical effect of humanized nursing on the treatment of differentiated thyroid carcinoma (DTC) with nuclide iodine-131. Methods 266 patients with differentiated thyroid cancer admitted to our hospital from September 2022 to February 2023 were selected as subjects, the control group was treated with routine nursing, the observation group was treated with humanized nursing, and the results were compared. Results The QOL score of the observation group was better than that of the control group, which was statistically significant. In symptom self-rating SCL-90 scale, observation group was better than control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Humanized nursing for patients with differentiated thyroid cancer is helpful to improve the quality of life, and has a certain popularization value.
