Abstract
Objective TTo study the nursing experience of evidence-based nursing in patients with neural severe artificial airway establishment. Method 80 patients with severe neurological artificial airway establishment admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and divided into a study group and a general group using a computer random number list method. The general group consisted of 40 patients who received routine respiratory care intervention, while the study group consisted of 40 patients who received evidence-based nursing intervention. Finally, compare the nursing effectiveness. Result The nursing satisfaction rate of the study group patients was higher than that of the general group, and the incidence of complications in the study group patients was significantly lower than that of the general group. In addition, after nursing care, the oxygen and carbon dioxide partial pressure levels of the study group patients were significantly higher than those of the general group, and all data showed significant differences (P<0.05) with statistical significance. Conclusion The use of evidence-based nursing for patients with neural severe artificial airway establishment has a significant nursing effect and is worthy of clinical promotion.
