人文关怀联合体位护理在产房护理中的应用

摘要	分析人文关怀联合体位护理在产房护理中的应用效果。方法选取我院于 2022.05-2023.05 月接收的 96 例产妇作为研究对象，将其按照随机数字表法分为对照组（48 例，使用常规护理）和观察组（48 例，使用人文关怀联合体位护理）。对两组的护理效果进行分析。结果两组产妇在接受护理后均取得一定效果，但观察组在采用人文关怀联合体位护理后，其心理状态、临床指标、护理质量评分均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在产房护理中，采用人文关怀联合体位护理能取得较佳的效果，可有效改善产妇心理状态，缩短其产程时间，减少产后出血量，从而提升护理质量。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the application effect of humanistic care combined with posture nursing in delivery room nursing. Method 96 pregnant women who were admitted to our hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group (48 cases, using routine care) and an observation group (96 cases, using humanistic care combined with posture care) using a random number table method. Analyze the nursing outcomes of both groups. Result Both groups of postpartum women achieved certain results after receiving care, but the observation group showed better psychological status, clinical indicators, and nursing quality scores than the control group after using humanistic care combined with posture care, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion In the delivery room nursing, the combination of humanistic care and postural nursing can achieve better results, effectively improve the psychological status of the parturient, shorten the time of labor, reduce the amount of Postpartum bleeding, and thus improve the quality of nursing.
