延续性护理在泌尿造口患者术后的应用

摘要	探究了对泌尿造口患者术后实施延续性护理的应用效果。方法回顾性分析了前来我院接受泌尿造口手术治疗的患者 38 例。起始时间为 2021 年 1 月，终止时间为 2023 年 1 月。按照数字表法随机分组的方式，将 38 例患者分成观察、对照 2 组，每组各 19 例。对照组予以常规护理干预，观察组予以延续性护理。对比不同护理方式下患者生活质量、焦虑程度、疼痛程度、并发症、护理满意度情况。结果经过 8 周的护理干预，护理后观察组生活质量评分显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组焦虑评分、疼痛评分显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组护理后并发症的发生率显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）；护理后对比 2 组自我管理能力，观察组患者自我管理能力，显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组对护理满意度显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论在泌尿造口患者术后的护理中，基础护理加延续性护理，所达成的护理效果都是较为可观的。可以改善患者的术后恢复情况，改善患者的身体疼痛以及负面情绪，提升患者生活质量，在控制并发症方面也具有明显的优势，临床应用价值较高。
Abstract	Objective To explore the application effect of continuous nursing care for postoperative urostomy patients. Method A retrospective analysis was conducted on 38 patients who came to our hospital for urostomy surgery. The starting time is January 2021 and the ending time is January 2023. According to the numerical table method, 38 patients were randomly divided into observation and control groups, with 19 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the observation group received continuous nursing. Compare the quality of life, anxiety level, pain level, complications, and nursing satisfaction of patients under different nursing methods. Result After 8 weeks of nursing intervention, the quality of life score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); The anxiety and pain scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05); After nursing care, the self-management ability of the observation group patients was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); The observation group showed significantly higher satisfaction with nursing than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In the postoperative care of patients with urostomy, the combination of basic care and continuous care can achieve considerable nursing outcomes. It can improve the postoperative recovery of patients, improve their physical pain and negative emotions, improve their quality of life, and also have significant advantages in controlling complications, with high clinical application value.
