Objective To explore and analyze the clinical application effect of comprehensive oral nursing intervention on the prevention of dental caries in children. Methods A total of 60 children who underwent oral examination in our hospital from October 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the objects of this study. And take the computer table method to study it, divided into study group and control group, each group of 30 cases of children, study group of children to take comprehensive oral care intervention, control group of children to take routine care intervention, comparative analysis of two kinds of nursing methods to prevent children caries clinical effect. Results The oral health behaviors of children in the study group, including oral cleanliness, eating habits and dental health, were significantly higher than those in the control group. The coordination degree of children in the study group (96.67%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (76.67%). The incidence of caries in the study group (3.33%) was significantly lower than that in the control group (26.67%). Conclusion The application of comprehensive oral nursing intervention in children undergoing oral examination can effectively improve the childrens oral health behavior and the degree of cooperation in the oral operation process, and has a significant effect on the prevention of dental caries in children, and is worth to be popularized in clinical application.
