Objective To analyze and explore the application of standardized health education in pediatric nursing. Method A total of 80 pediatric patients and their parents admitted to our hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group based on their different educational methods. The control group received routine health education, while the observation group received standardized health education; Compare the health education indicators such as disease knowledge and medication understanding between the families of two groups of children, and compare the satisfaction of the two groups with health education. Result The health education indicators such as disease knowledge and medication understanding in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the satisfaction level was also higher than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion Adopting standardized health education can promote the recovery of children, improve health education knowledge and satisfaction, facilitate nursing dependence, and reduce nurse patient conflicts, which is worth promoting.
