摘要	探讨心理护理在急性重症胰腺癌患者护理中对其心理状态的影响效果。方法选择 2022 年 2 月到 2023 年 2 月收治的急性重症胰腺癌患者 90 例作为研究对象，将其按照随机数字表法分为对照组（n=45 例，实施常规护理）与实验组（n=45 例，实施心理护理）。对比两组 SAS 焦虑评分、SDS 抑郁评分以及生活质量。结果实验组 SAS 焦虑评分、SDS 抑郁评分均低于对照组，数据对比有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；同时实验组生活质量各项评分均高于对照组，数据对比有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对急性重症胰腺癌患者实施心理护理能够有效改善其心理状态，提升生活质量。
Abstract	Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing on the psychological status of patients with acute severe pancreatic cancer. Methods 90 patients with acute severe pancreatic cancer admitted from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the study subjects, and they were randomly divided into the control group (n=45 cases, routine nursing) and the experimental group (n=45 cases, psychological nursing) according to the method of random number table. Compare the SAS anxiety score, SDS depression score, and quality of life between two groups. Result The SAS anxiety score and SDS depression score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, and the data comparison was statistically significant (P<0.05); At the same time, the quality of life scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, and the data comparison showed statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological nursing for patients with acute severe pancreatic cancer can effectively improve their psychological status and improve their quality of life.
