摘要
分析探究在急性心肌梗死患者护理干预中增加健康教育对提高患者治疗依存性的影响。方法 选择 2021 年 3 月-2023 年 5 月这一时间段收治的急性心肌梗死患者 86 例,按照护理方式不同分为对照组 43 例常 规护理,观察组 43 例增加健康教育,对比两组患者对于心肌梗死疾病的了解度和用药、饮食等方面的依存性。 结果 观察组的患者在心肌梗死疾病了解度上比对照组优,在治疗依存性上观察组也比对照组优,差异对比均有 统计学意义,P﹤0.05。结论 对急性心肌梗死患者实施健康教育,可提高其疾病知识了解度,增加护理依存性, 利于治疗开展和减少猝死风险,积极意义明显,值得推广。
Abstract
Objective To analyze and explore the impact of increasing health education in nursing interventions for acute myocardial infarction patients on improving their treatment dependence. Method 86 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted from March 2021 to May 2023 were selected and divided into a control group of 43 cases for routine care according to different nursing methods. The observation group of 43 cases received additional health education, and their understanding of myocardial infarction disease and dependence on medication, diet, and other aspects were compared between the two groups. Result The patients in the observation group had better understanding of myocardial infarction disease than the control group, and also had better treatment dependence compared to the control group. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Implementing health education for patients with acute myocardial infarction can improve their understanding of disease knowledge, increase nursing dependency, facilitate treatment implementation, and reduce the risk of sudden death. The positive significance is significant and worth promoting.
