摘要
对于肺癌患者来说,最常见的治疗方法就是手术,但是无论是肺癌疾病本身还是手术治疗,都很容 易造成患者的营养不良,从而影响患者的治疗效果,还会影响患者的住院时间、治疗费用、并发症发生率及死亡 率,因此,对肺癌患者围术期的营养状况给予足够的重视。对肺癌患者进行围手术期营养支持,可使患者在手术 中获得更好的呼吸功能,从而减少病死率,提高患者的预后。因此,本研究拟通过回顾和分析国内外关于围手术 期肺癌患者营养不良的研究成果,包括围手术期患者营养不良的现状和成因,营养状况的筛选和评价,营养干预 的研究,为今后开展围手术期患者营养支持的研究奠定基础。
Abstract
For lung cancer patients, the most common treatment method is surgery. However, whether it is the lung cancer disease itself or surgical treatment, it is easy to cause malnutrition in patients, which affects the treatment effect of patients. It also affects the hospitalization time, treatment cost, incidence of complicatio ns, and mortality rate of patients. Therefore, sufficient attention should be paid to the perioperative nutritional s tatus of lung cancer patients. Perioperative nutritional support for lung cancer patients can help them achieve b etter respiratory function during surgery, thereby reducing mortality and improving patient prognosis. Therefore, this study aims to review and analyze the research results on malnutrition in perioperative lung cancer patients both domestically and internationally, including the current status and causes of malnutrition in perioperative pat ients, screening and evaluation of nutritional status, and research on nutritional intervention, in order to lay the foundation for future research on nutritional support for perioperative patients.
