摘要	分析围术期护理干预对于恶性梗阻性黄疸患者行 PTCD 手术治疗的影响。方法选择我院 2022 年 5 月-2023 年 6 月收治行 PTCD 手术治疗的恶性梗阻性黄疸患者 64 例，按照随机对照法分为对照组和观察组各 32 例，对照组采用常规护理干预，观察组在对照组的基础上采用围术期护理干预，观察两组患者临床护理效果和术后并发症的发生率。结果观察组在护理效果上明显优于对照组，差异对比有统计学意义，P﹤0.05。而在术后并发症的发生率上，观察组也优于对照组，差异同样有统计学意义，P﹤0.05。结论围术期护理干预可增强患者掌握疾病相关护理知识，提高患者自我护理能力，降低术后并发症发生率，促进患者康复。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the impact of perioperative nursing interventions on PTCD surgery for patients with malignant obstructive jaundice. Method 64 patients with malignant obstructive jaundice who underwent PTCD surgery in our hospital from May 2022 to June 2023 were selected. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 32 cases each. The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the observation group received perioperative nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The clinical nursing effect and incidence of postoperative complications of the two groups of patients were observed. Result The observation group showed significantly better nursing outcomes than the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). In terms of the incidence of postoperative complications, the observation group was also better than the control group, and the difference was also statistically significant, P<0.05. Conclusion Perioperative nursing intervention can enhance patients mastery of disease-related nursing knowledge, improve their self-care ability, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, and promote patient recovery.
