Abstract
Objective To explore and analyze the influence of comprehensive nursing mode on the prognosis of Respiratory failure in children in intensive care unit. Methods The study was conducted from January 2020 to December 2022. Relevant doctors invited children with Respiratory failure and their families (50 cases in total) to participate in the study. Nurses adjusted the birth date of the children, and on this basis, they were randomly divided into control group (routine nursing) and observation group (comprehensive nursing) by computer. Compare the incidence of complications and the time of clinical symptom disappearance between the two groups. Result The observation group was superior to the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion It is of great significance to the quality of relevant nursing measures for children with Respiratory failure in intensive care. The flexible application of comprehensive nursing mode in the nursing process can significantly improve the prognosis of children. It is believed that this mode has multiple significance in the process of time development, and is worth further application in the future work.
