摘要	分析八段锦联合情志护理对恶性肿瘤患者癌因性疲乏及负性情绪的影响。方法选取我院于 2022.12-2023.05 月收治的 52 例恶性肿瘤患者作为研究对象，将其按照随机数字表法分为对照组（26 例，使用常规护理）和观察组（26 例，使用八段锦联合情志护理）。对两组的护理效果进行分析。结果两组患者在接受护理后均取得一定效果，但观察组在采用八段锦联合情志护理后，其癌因性疲乏情况、负性情绪情况、社交积极性均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在恶性肿瘤患者护理中，采用八段锦联合情志护理能取得较佳的效果，可有效减轻其癌因性疲乏程度，减少其负性情绪，提升其社交积极性。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the effect of Baduanjin qigong combined with emotional nursing on cancer-related fatigue and negative emotions of patients with malignant tumors. Methods 52 cases of malignant tumor patients admitted to our hospital from December 2022.12 to May 2023.03 were selected as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into the control group (26 cases, using conventional nursing) and the observation group (26 cases, using Baduanjin qigong combined emotional nursing). Analyze the nursing outcomes of both groups. Results After receiving nursing care, both groups of patients achieved certain results, but the cancer related fatigue, negative emotion and social enthusiasm of the observation group were better than those of the control group after Baduanjin qigong combined emotional nursing care, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the nursing of patients with malignant tumor, Baduanjin qigong combined emotional nursing can achieve better results, effectively reduce their cancer-related fatigue, reduce their negative emotions, and enhance their social enthusiasm.
