优质护理在重型颅脑外伤患者术后恢复中应用的效果

摘要	分析优质护理在重型颅脑外伤患者术后恢复中应用的效果。方法选取我院于 2022.06-2023.06 月收治的 58 例重型颅脑外伤患者作为研究对象，将其按照随机数字表法分为对照组（29 例，使用常规护理）和观察组（29 例，使用优质护理）。对两组的护理效果进行分析。结果两组患者在接受护理后均取得一定效果，但观察组在采用优质护理后，其术后情况、功能评分、生存质量评分均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜ 0.05）。结论在重型颅脑外伤患者术后恢复中应用优质护理能取得较佳的效果，可有效降低患者术后不良情况发生率，改善其认知功能及日常生活能力，从而提升其生存质量。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the effectiveness of high-quality nursing in the postoperative recovery of patients with severe traumatic brain injury. Method 58 patients with severe traumatic brain injury admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group (29 cases, using routine care) and an observation group (29 cases, using high-quality care) using a random number table method. Analyze the nursing outcomes of both groups. Result Both groups of patients achieved certain results after receiving care, but the observation group showed better postoperative conditions, functional scores, and quality of life scores than the control group after receiving high-quality care, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing care in the postoperative recovery of patients with severe traumatic brain injury can achieve better results, effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative adverse events, improve their cognitive function and daily living ability, and thus improve their quality of life.
