摘要
分析胃溃疡患者实施饮食护理的价值。方法 选取 2020 年 1 月至 2023 年 1 月收治的胃溃疡患 者 100 例,随机分为观察组和对照组各 50 例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组实施针对性饮食护理,对比效果。 结果 观察组临床症状消失时间、负性情绪评分、并发症发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生活质量及护 理满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 饮食护理应用在胃溃疡患者中可有效改善患者的不良情绪,加快 临床症状消失,价值较高。
Abstract
Objective To analyze the value of dietary nursing for patients with gastric ulcer. Methods A total of 100 patients with gastric ulcer admitted from January 2020 to January 2023 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 50 patients each. The control group was given routine care, while the observation group was given targeted dietary care, and the effects were compared. Results The clinical symptom disappearance time, negative emotional score, and complication rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); The scores of quality of life and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of dietary nursing in patients with gastric ulcer can effectively improve their negative emotions and accelerate the disappearance of clinical symptoms, with high value.
