Abstract
Objective To analyze the impact of continuous care on treatment compliance of discharged patients with cerebral infarction. Method 68 discharged patients with cerebral infarction who were admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 34 patients in both groups. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received continuous care. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Result The treatment compliance of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group; The recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group; The postoperative SF-36 score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group; The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Continuing care can improve the treatment compliance of discharged patients with cerebral infarction, improve their living standards, reduce recurrence rates, and obtain satisfactory evaluations of patient care. It is worthy of clinical attention and active adoption.
