摘要	分析研究新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征治疗中采取综合护理的效果。方法参与此次研究的研究对象为本院于 2020 年 3 月-2021 年 3 月期间收治的 54 例新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征患儿。采取随机数字表法分为对照组（27 例，常规护理），实验组（27 例，综合护理），比较两组护理效果。结果实验组血气指标相比较对照组较优（P＜0.05）。并发症发生率对比，实验组显高于参考组（P＜0.05）。家长满意度比较可见，实验组显高（P ＜0.05）。结论在新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征治疗中采取综合护理效果较为显著，能够改善患儿血气指标，提升其治疗效果，可减少并发症产生，为此家长较为满意。该方法可在临床上推广应用。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing in the treatment of Infant respiratory distress syndrome. Methods The subjects involved in this study were 54 children with Infant respiratory distress syndrome admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021. Using a random number table method, the patients were divided into a control group (27 cases, routine care) and an experimental group (27 cases, comprehensive care), and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Result The blood gas indicators of the experimental group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the reference group (P<0.05). Parent satisfaction was relatively high in the experimental group (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing in the treatment of Infant respiratory distress syndrome is more significant, which can improve the blood gas indicators of children, enhance the treatment effect, and reduce complications. Parents are satisfied with this. This method can be widely applied in clinical practice.
