Objective To explore the effectiveness of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with hypothyroidism. Method 71 patients with primary hypothyroidism were selected for this study. The trial began in January 2022 and ended in December 2022. The trial was divided into two groups using random allocation method, with a comparison of 37 cases in the control group receiving routine care and 34 cases in the observation group receiving comprehensive nursing intervention. Compare nursing results. Results Compared with Thyroid hormones, the results showed that the value of Thyroid-stimulating hormone in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05), Triiodothyronine was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05), and serum Thyroxine was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Comparing the quality of life, the results showed that the scores of physiological function, physiological function, physical pain, energy, social function, emotional function, mental health, and general health status in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Comparison of satisfaction showed that the total percentage of cases in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of hypothyroidism patients can help patients control Thyroid hormones within a reasonable range, have a positive impact on the quality of life of patients, and provide more satisfactory nursing services for patients, which is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
