摘要	心理护理学在小儿眼科临床护理中重要性。方法在2022年1月-2022年12月选择因斜视前来我院就诊的患儿进行调研，参与本次调研患儿共计（88）例。参与本次调研患儿均接受系统性的治疗与护理，按照护理方案将参与本次调研患儿归纳为2个小组，每组所纳入患儿例数为（44）例。按照护理方案进行命名，分别为常规组与研究组。常规组所采用的护理方案为常规护理，研究组则采用心理护理。总结与探究2种护理方案实施效果。结果（1）常规组护理满意评分结果低于研究组，经对照，差异明显（P<0.05）。（2）常规组护理依从性评分结果与研究组护理依从性评分结果相比较低，差异明显（P<0.05）。（3）常规组健康知识问卷得分低于研究组，差异明显，（P<0.05）。结论心理护理学在小儿眼科临床护理中所起到的作用优异，此方案值得临床应用与普及。
Abstract	Objective To study the importance of psychological nursing in clinical nursing of pediatric ophthalmology. Methods From January 2022 to December 2022, children who came to our hospital due to strabismus were selected for investigation. A total of 88 children participated in the investigation. The children participating in the survey received systematic treatment and nursing. According to the nursing plan, the children participating in the survey were divided into two groups, with (44) children included in each group. They were named according to the nursing plan and were divided into the routine group and the research group. The nursing scheme adopted by the routine group was routine nursing, while the study group was psychological nursing. Summarize and explore the implementation effect of two nursing programs. Results (1) The score of nursing satisfaction in the routine group was lower than that in the study group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05). (2) The score of nursing compliance in the routine group was lower than that in the study group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05). (3) The score of health knowledge questionnaire in the routine group was significantly lower than that in the study group (P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological nursing plays an excellent role in the clinical nursing of pediatric ophthalmology, and this program is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
