老年消化性溃疡患者的饮食护理干预研究

摘要	研究将饮食护理干预应用在老年消化性溃疡患者护理中起到的临床效果。方法选取2021年11月至2022年11月期间本院收治的62例老年消化性溃疡患者为观察对象，随机将这62例患者分为对照组和观察组，对照组患者应用常规性护理方式，观察组患者在常规护理的基础上实施饮食护理干预，通过对两组患者基本资料分析来了解不同护理方式起到的护理效果。结果应用饮食护理干预方式的观察组患者生活质量评分高于对照组，护理中不良情况发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论在老年消化性溃疡患者护理中应用饮食护理干预能够减少多种不良反应发生，也能从护理质量保障中提升患者的护理满意度。
Abstract	Objective To study the clinical effect of dietary nursing intervention applied in nursing care of elderly patients with peptic ulcer. Methods Sixty-two elderly patients with peptic ulcer admitted to our hospital from November 2021 to November 2022 were selected as observation objects, and the 62 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing, and patients in the observation group were treated with dietary nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. Through the analysis of the basic data of the two groups of patients, understand the nursing effect of different nursing methods. Results The life quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the incidence of adverse conditions in nursing was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of dietary nursing intervention in nursing care of elderly patients with peptic ulcer can reduce the occurrence of a variety of adverse reactions, but also can improve the nursing satisfaction of patients from the nursing quality assurance.
