摘要	观察CGA的针对性护理干预对老年冠心病患者康复效果的影响。方法随机选取2021年1月至2022年10月期间在我医院接受治疗的老年冠心病患者80例，将入选的患者通过随机数字表分组方式划分为观察组与对照组各有40例，治疗期间对照组行常规护理，观察组患者给予CGA的针对性护理干预，详细对比两种护理模式取得的临床效果。结果护理后两组最终结果对比显示，观察组护理管理质量、患者护理治疗依从性以及自我管理能力与对照组相比均已显著提高，两者结果对比有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者的心功能、心绞痛发作频率以及心绞痛持续时间改善效果明显优于对照组，组间指标结果对比存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）；最终观察组患者生活质量以及对护理满意度均高于对照组，两者结果对比存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论将CGA的针对性护理干预应用于老年冠心病患者护理管理中，对于提升临床护理服务质量、增强患者身心舒适度及配合度、提高疾病控制效果、减轻患者心功能损伤程度以及提高患者生活质量发挥着重要性作用。
Abstract	Objective To observe the effect of targeted nursing intervention of CGA on the rehabilitation of elderly patients with coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with coronary heart disease who received treatment in our hospital from January 2021 to October 2022 were randomly selected, and the selected patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table, with 40 cases in each group. During treatment, the control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received targeted nursing intervention of CGA. The clinical effects of the two nursing modes were compared in detail. Results The comparison of the final results of the two groups after nursing showed that the quality of nursing management, patient nursing treatment compliance and self-management ability of the observation group were significantly improved compared with the control group, the comparison of the two results was statistically significant (P < 0.05); The improvement effects of cardiac function, frequency of angina attack and duration of angina in observation group were significantly better than those in control group, and there was statistical significance in the comparison of index results between groups (P < 0.05). Finally, the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the results were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of CGA targeted nursing intervention in nursing management of elderly patients with coronary heart disease plays an important role in improving the quality of clinical nursing services, enhancing the physical and mental comfort and cooperation of patients, improving the effect of disease control, reducing the degree of cardiac function injury and improving the quality of life of patients.
