Objective To analyze and explore the use of HRP based system construction in the management of hospital research funding. Methods Taking 100 research projects conducted by our hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 as the research object, we analyzed the risk of our research funding management and sorted out the business process based on the analysis results. The data was included in the HRP system, and then connected with the hospitals finance and research material procurement platform to build a closed-loop research funding management system and platform. Results After a series of management implementation, integrated management can be formed in hospital research from aspects such as consumables procurement, receipt and settlement, and all processes can be monitored and traced. Conclusion Using an HRP based approach for system construction and management in the hospitals research funding management system can effectively experience the efficiency of management and the workload of researchers on funding reimbursement.
